My name is Sandee Tweten, my husband is Carl. He is a Horticulturist, We have 2 wonderful grown sons and 3 amazing grandchildren.
I have worked in the Early Childhood field for over 21 years. During that time, I have worked in day cares, preschools and as a nanny. I have owned and operated a licensed quality childcare/preschool for over 10 years, closing in 2012, re opening up as Preschool/Pre K only.
I attended YVC and WVC for Early Childhood Education as well as many online courses and seminars each year as I continue my education. I attend the IECC ( Infant & Early Childhood Conference each year and the NAEYC ( National Association for the Education of Young Children for training.
I am currently certified in Infant & Child as well as Adult First Aid/CPR. I take this certification every 2 years.
I have a portable Background check from Washington State Patrol through DEL (Dept. of Early Learning), and a Food Handlers card.
I love my job! It gives me a lot of joy to see children's imagination, curiosity and creativity. It is BOUNDLESS!!
